As director of Transnet home group MLK Facility in Greensboro, NC I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism portrayed by Kecia Atkinson when she provided the CPR training for my entire staff at my residential mental health and substance abuse treatment facility. Her ability to command the room and impart complete knowledge and understanding to everyone in attendance was outstanding. Using 4 chambers of care for my CPR training was the best choice I could make for my buisness and my staff. All staff members recieved excellent instruction and recieved their CPR validation cards via email within 24 hours. I would like to thank Kecia for her on time and complete instruction she provided for CPR and AED instructions. We recieved all inclusive BLS instruction and met all state certification requirements. As a RN she imparted real life instructions from her extensive knowledge as a RN with over 20 years of practice. We learned what to and what not to do in real life scenerios, this was the extremely profitable aspect of her teaching regiment and I really appreciated this the most. I enjoyed the class, it was very informative, I learned a lot which helps me at my place of employment. The staff was great, very professional.
